CTS will not take responsibility for any changes that need to occur to any tourism or academic package due to any COVID – 19 related issues. This includes but not limited to the cancellation of the package due to contraction or the restriction of entry and exit laws pertaining to international travel imposed by any country.

Accommodation:
*60 days and more from check-in date of first accommodation, 50% of the total accommodation package will be refunded excluding bank fees
*59 days and less from the check-in date of first accommodation, 0% of the total will be refunded
Tours & Transportation:
*60 days and more from start of tour, 100% of total transportation package will be refunded excluding bank fees
*59 days and less from start of tour, 50% of total transportation package will be refunded excluding bank fees
*30 days and less, 0% of total will be refunded
*All refunds to be paid in Rands (ZAR) only
